Is this normal anemone behavior

Today my Anemone has been moving all around. It's almost like he's floating from place to place. Now he's kind of his side. Is this normal or is there a problem?

He Is Either Stressed Or Looking For A Place To Go. They Will Eventually Find A Spot..probably Wont Be Where U Want It Though

They will go where they like, dont try and move them. What are your water peramiters? What type of water do you use?

I use RO water. The Anemone almost looks inside out or upside down. I've had him for about 2 1/2 weeks.

I would say this is NOT normal behavior for an anemone. While roaming / floating around the tank is normal for a new addition, after a few days they should attach their foot to something and will usually find the place they like within a week.
Since you've had your for two weeks i'd say your anemone is stressed. If it can't find the proper place (ligthing/flow) then it will eventually die IMO. What type of lights do you have and what are your water parameters.
If you don't find out what the issue is soon (low SG, lighting, flow, Na, etc) i would say within a few days your anemone may die. Since it has been roaming already for two + weeks the odds are against you unless you find out the problem and fix it ASAP.

No laying on its side is not normal and for the time that you have had it, you should of seen improvment by now.

Although I have had the anemone for 2 weeks he just started floating last night. Today he's stayed in the same place. I have the Nova Extreme Pro T5's and my SG is 1.026 and my ammonia is 0 PH 8.6, no Nitrites and a small amount of nitrate.

Then he's probably just getting acclimated. Although 2 weeks is a long time.
Glad to hear he's doing okay.
