is this normal behaviour 4 anthias?

I went into the LFS yesterday and they'd just received a new shipement the day b4, anyway, all the anthias they had where very pale looking and sitting on the floor, none of them moved an inch none of them swam around or anything.
Is this normal, or is something up with them?
