I know anemones shrivel up to expel wastes and all, but I've never seen this before. The disc and foot look great... extended, open... great. But the tenticles are all shriveled up. Seen anything like this before? Thoughts? It's a BTA, and all water parameters are fine.

fed once every 3 days, alternate baby sea scallops, shrimp, coral/anemone vitamin solution. Never used any metals, no additives (for now), current is about 950gph via 4 powerheads, bta is in a moderate current area. Lighting is weak, I know... 80w 20K NO, 40w actinic NO, run for about 12 hours daily. 500w MH DIY setup is in the works.
Temp, SG, trites, trates, ammonia, ph, and alk are all good.

Mine does it too. You probably just caught in in the middle of expelling wastes or refilling.

yea, I think you might be right... I just looked again, and everything is 'inside' the foot... probably getting ready to expel. I had never noticed this step in the process though. Kinda interesting...
