Is this ok for 85 g for first purchase?

I was thinking about placing this order:
2 true perculas
1 kole tang
1 blue hippo
1 neon goby
1 mandrin
1 seabae white
1 carpet
is this 2 much at once i only have a cleaning crew at the moment.

Never add that many fish at one time, and if the tank is new the mandarin will starve and the anemones will more likely die.

Absolutely not ! Please!!!! You need to research these animals before you put them in a new tank. One or two small fish at a time and then wait for your biological filters to catch up.
The mandarin will die unless you have a sand bed that is teaming with copepods and amphipods. 9 out of 10 will die in a newly established tank.
The carpet anemone is extremely difficult to keep alive also. They need pristine water conditions, heavy duty lighting (metal halides) and are definately not for beginners. They will also eat any slow, perching fish such as mandarins. The two are totally incompatible.
The Sebae is only slightly hardier than a carpet. Still most will die in a new tank. Also needs very good lighting. Heathly anemones should not be white - they are tannish color with flourescent tips. White indicates poor shipping, poor lighting, poor health generally.
I don't mean to go balistic here, but if you put all the livestock in your tank at once, you are throwing your money and the animals lives right out the window.
Slow down..please..this hobby isn't for people who need instant gratification. It takes time and patience.

Well said Amphiprion, patience is a must. Buy your fish 2 at a time and spend a month enjoying their behavior. Make sure you add the less aggresive and dominant fish first.

did you cycle your tank?
decide on your filtration and lighting?
mandarins need a well established tank loaded with pods to survive (at least a year old or more). kole and hippo tangs also need an established aquarium with lots of alge growth and stable water quality. they are more of a delicate fish, very prone to ick and lateral line disease you need to learn the care and special needs of these fish to keep them healthy. and any anenome also needs a established tank also and should be kept only by the most experienced reefers. in the wild they can live longer than humans, in the tank most dont make it a year and thats if your lucky. before buying fish there is a lot to find out about them. size, min tank requirements, level of care, feeding habits, aggressiveness, and compatability. one thing you will learn is this is not a fast hobby the faster you go the more bad experiences you will have. the slower the better.

Everyone has great advice, And please don't think everyone is jumping down your throat, trying to make you feel bad. A reef tank is a very patient hobby and everyone is here to help!
My advice is to you is: get a couple of chromis damsels and maybe a clown or two. Work on adding your live rock, most importantly, get some reef books, READ!-ask questions- and be patient!!!
