Is this OK in my Refugium

I set up a refugium on the back of my 65 gallon DT. My skimmer feeds it. The third picture is a side view of the fuge showing the different colored algea growing on the sides. I have a cheato macro algea (exuse me if I spelt it wrong), it is growing very well. I am just concerned that the algeo growing in the fuge might get into the display tank, which does not have any of these colorful algea.

How long has the fuge been running? Is the Chaetomorpa growing? (the brillo pad looking green macro algae) Have you had to harvest it yet?
