i have an 55 gal and i think 150 vol of light is that anough for all reefs

That would most likely not be enough for all reefs then. What kind of lights are they? Power compacts? Metal halides?

i thinks compacts and they might be 200 im not that shure i ordered them they will get here thursday

150w on a 55g, IMO, is pretty low lighting, so no, it would not be suitable for all corals. Like the skimmer, this is something that needed a lot of research to maximize what you get to keep what you want.
