Is this spawning Beahvior?

I have a mated pair of maroon clowns in my 24g tank. I put in a 8in. diameter toaddstool leather in it and they are now hosting it. I have noticed the male ALWAYS cleaning the underside of the head of the leather. I have also seen the Female blowning bubbles. I will try to get a vid of this behavior but for now, I am clueless.

If they were looking for a place to lay their eggs they would be picking at your LR, not the leather. If you want them to mate try placing a tile at a 45 degree angle near where they hang out the most. My clowns have not mated yet, but they love to practice their ritual on the tile.
