Is this Too much light????

I just bought 4 55w pc's for my 30g tanks. It is a 30 tall. It will average 8w per gallon. DO you think this is too much light for soft corals and anenomes...

just put them on the bottom and slowing work them up, i have a 250mh and 150 of vho on my 40 tall , most softies on bottom/middle for me
