No that is a catalina heater, pure garbage. Your better off take a lamp plug and ripping it out of the lamp and putting the bare wires in the tank.
Check out jager heaters. I got three of them for my tanks and have been happy with the temps. Same price as to what your looking at. Look on the internet like some sort of a MARINE DEPOT or something.
Oh knock off the links to competitors. The message board hates anyone that has stock for people to buy.
