Have Cc Tank Just Cyled But Nitrite Though It Droped Considerably Is Still Not 0 Can I Do Water Change And Vaccum The Cc Even Though My Tank Just Cyled???plese Help Question Was Not Answered On Last Thread

If there are nitrites present, then the cycle is, by definition, not complete. Wait...they will drop to zero, and then you can do a partial water change. You don't have to vacuum the cc until there are wastes in it, so you can delay that maintenance procedure until you have fish in the tank.
