I have had this pair this of clowns almost 4 years now, they were little babies when I purchased them. I then was givin another baby clown about 6months ago.
I have had this anemone for a year next month. Yesterday morning I noticed the youngest clown had gone in the anemone! Then when the light came on a little while later the pair of clowns who had no interest in the anemone what so ever, never even went near the anemone suddenly saw the little clown in the anemone and kicked him out. They have been in since and wont let the little clown near it.
I am so happy I know these clowns prefer other types of anemones, I never after all this time thought they would ever take to it. :joy: They look so awesome! I just don't understand why the didn't take to it sooner?
I really feel sorry for the poor little clown, everytime he gos to try and join the other two in the anemone the female chases him away to the other side of the tank. Poor little guy, he's the one who went in the anemone first.
