its kinda late but please id asap!

i found this guy on my rocks. sorry for the camera phone pictures. it has a hard shell kinda and it looks kinda pointy. i have see what looks like another one of these at another point. maybe its the same one though?
what is it?
the first 2 are of something i saw a different time but it is possibly the same thing.
the second 2 are of what i pulled out of my tank right now.

what do you mean a plan old snail?
its is not in a shell that the snail can leave like a turbo or nass. the shell is stuck to him and its sort of pointy..

Yeah, stomatella, free cleanup crew. They're harmless. If you have one you might have more, yeah.

i saw 3 or 4 when real soon after i added my live rock. now I have like 15 to 20. not sure if they reproduced before I put fish in there or they were just hiding, but they crawl around the glass and go to town. Snails couldnt really cause a problem if they wanted.....just clean the glass

they are very prolific breeders in the tanks and are very good scavengers.
