I started my 1st Nano tank today,Moneys tight so i didnt get live sand
, but theres about 10 LSB of live rock in there. im thinking of getting some fresh shrimp that you eat at the store, ive here this helps the cycle?or not, or let it go?

Placing a shrimp in the tank for a little while will create the ammonia spike you need to get the cycle rolling. You can really use anything, a piece of fish, fish food.
