Itty Bitty Critters

I just noticed a bunch of white 'fleas' about 1/10 the size of a grain of rice hanging around on the glass on my display tank. LR with invertebrates and a couple black mollies to cycle with.
Some critters seem to gather in clusters, most just hop around on the glass. My fish are eating them too.
Any idea what these are and if they're doing any harm?

That is LR microfauna, and a good thing.
