Vista and itunes don't play well together. Thousands of complaints to Apple and nothing fixed yet!!
They just say to turn off your firewall etc and take the most recent update.

It's funny that it's apple's fault that Vista's firewall settings are so screwed up.
Do a search on apple itunes issues, then do a search on Vista's Firewall issues.... I think you'll find far more of the latter.
The best thing to do is go back to XP or get a mac. Vista is just plain disappointing. I've been a PC guy my whole life, but Vista's issues have caused me to go to Leopard, which is a far more advanced and seamless OS.

I didn't think our Vista firewall was on. How do I turn it off?? We have our normal security that we turn off while trying to access itunes.
So everytime we get into itune all of those CD covers have to load???
I DONT LIKE CHANGE!!!!! I just had this all figured out!!!!!
