I've searched...but still need help!

I did a search looking for information, but I'm still needing more. I would like to upgrade my lighting system. I'm only planning on having an anemone for my clown...but I know I need more light.
Here's what I have:
45 gal
2 20 watt florescent bulbs (two different Coralife)
What would be a suggestion...I can follow directions *fairly* well, so DIY is not out of the question.
Any point in the right direction is helpful.

Your best bet would be to replace those regular flo's with a VHO setup.This would give you the maximum lighting for your small setup.MH is out of the question here...

You could go with VHO or PC's. Just make sure you get blue actinics! And, install a cooling fan to blow over the lights.
