Well I caught the Nano bug!!
Tank has been up and running since the begining of April..
It has 20 lbs. L/S, 16 lbs. of L/R & 4 lbs. of rubble
I have a few upgrades
1)Maxi-jet 1200
2)Prime chiller " Gotta love Florida heat!! "
3)Sunpod 150w HQI
Stock:
12 Hermits
10 Ast. snails
1 Emerald crab
1 Cleaner shrimp
1 Catalina goby

great set up...lookin good..what r u gonna add next..u can add more lr if u want..i have about 25 lbs of lr in my 24g aquapod..u should get some mex turbo snails works great on algae..12 hermits might be a bit much IMO...

I want to add a pair of clowns.. Not sure if I want black & whites or perc's.
Might add some coral first, Waiting for the right piece to catch my eye!!
I was going to build up the rock w/ some combo's. I kinda like what I got for
L/R but agree that I could use a couple more rocks.

get a cover over your tank and then start considering about your livestock. the catalina might jump out.

black and white are pretty cool..would get those but i already have two true percs. my tank was set up since april also and i just added three corals and doing great...u can get egg crates to cover ur tank so heat wouldn't get trapped...as a glass cover will heat that tank right up but u have a chiller so u don;t really have anything to worry about..

b0bby1- Tank temp is kept at 74
feixjai- I'm waiting for the top to come in..
Current usualy only includes the glass top w/
the HQI tank combo and my lfs is having a hard
time getting them to just ship a cover...

Your tank is coming along really well!
Like the new corals.. I've almost got up the
nerve to go buy some corals..
All my peram's are good, just a little nervous about it..

IMO, i would try to keep your tank a little warmer ? i keep both my reef and nano at 78*.
check around on the site to see what other say.

hes got a cold water species fish in there though...

but if you have a cold water species in there, your gonna have a tough time keeping other warmer water species.

I've had a bad experience w/ saltwater in the past, so now before i do anything in my Nano. I read and read and then read some more!! This site Is a great tool and I really like how everyone watches out for people..
I do not plan on putting anything in there that can't handle temps lower than 72..
