Jalli PC

I have two PC units on my 55gal reef. They have been on the tank for a while and with all the "Talk" I have been reeding on this board I was curious about the lights I run. Both units are set up the same way. On the black casing it says TOP Aquarium Series. There are two lights in the housing one says Jalli/Blue (on the blue light, obviously I guess) and the other has a bunch of writing that I cannot remember, but nothing that gives a light spectrum. It is a white light and made by Panasonic, and it is 36 watts. Between the two units there is 144 watts.
Everthing in my tank is happy and growing. I have no algae problems, seem to grow enough to keep the algae eaters happy without it being overgrown.
My questions are:
1) How do I find out the spectrum of the lights, or can you even change it?
2) I thought I had enough light, but I have read about some of you guys having 250+ watts on your 55 gal. Do I need to have more?
3) How often should I replace the bulbs? (I haven't done it since I bought them over a year ago)
4) Are Jalli and Panasonic good lights, or should I use a different brand?
I know this is a bit long and I thank you in advance for reading and helping me out. :) :)
