Jaw fish moving

Kind of bummed this morning,my blue spot jaw fish,one week in my tank,moved to a less visible spot on the side after working a week building a home in the front,Do jawfish move around? Should I just leave it alone ? Any way to entice it to move back? Any answers greatly appreciated.

Yeah, they make different homes here and there.
Most jawfish tanks that I have seen are species only tanks and have only a sandbed and some sea grasses and/or caulerpa and then all the rock is in the sump. I have not really seen any jawfish in reef tanks as of recently.

I can understand that,more lessons,of course it doesn't help any at the lfs they have a HUGE display,I'm not sure how big,at least 1500 gallons I am guessing,and of course the fish in the corner every wife see's and goes get one of those! Lol. I wish they would be more about pointing you in the right direction instead of buyer beware when it comes to fish selection.although the owner is super nice, some of the kids working don't know about a lot

Yeah, no telling how many mistakes I have made in the past. Now all of my builds move at a snails pace because I want to make sure I get it right the first time.
You're doing good, just keep it up.
