Jawfish very sick

He is just hanging out at the top of the tank, hasnt eaten in 3 days now. His back fin is off but no real agrresive fish in the tank. There are some weird white dots that appeared stuck on the glass. Dont know if that has anything to do with it. Doesnt look like ick although I have put in some ick stuff just in case

actually could those white spots be turbo snail eggs? I just got rid of some before I realized

How long have you had this fish?? I believe you are dealing with aggression, even if you don't see it.
Unless you have a hospital tank you can move the fish to, it will likely die.
