The sump/refugium has been up and running for a week now. This bad boy is hooked up to my 225g FOWLR. I replaced my old Little Giant external and I'm using a MAG 18 as my return. Along with that is my new Reef Octopus DNW-200 skimmer, which I have hooked up to one of my dual overflows. I got a 40w florescent light for the refugium. I purchased some Arag-Alive Indo-Pacific Black as my sand bed for the fug and currently have some mangrove seedlings for plants. The fish seem sooo much happier with the new improved water filtration system.
