JBJ system dead after only three months, what do I do?

I just found out today that, my 18W PC lighting, is JBJ system. Somehow, today it starts to flicker (sp?) . I just realized it, just now, after it went off, and I tried to turn it on, and it just flickers. It's like on and off and on and off. I thought it's probably the timer, it's not. I also check the outlet but it wasn't it either.
I bought the lighting in February, and it's like that now. One thing I forgot to do is sending the waranty card. I know, I know. So what can I do? I didn't expect this to happen. Do you think I should just go to my lfs and complain about this?
When they first sold me this light, they said I could keep any corals, of course later I found out that I cannot, duh! And now after not even three months it broke?!!!!
Please help...

I forgot to ask. I have soft corals in my tank, such as ricordia mushroom, brown and green polyps, and green star polyps. Right now what I have as a replacement for the light is regular 15W fluorescent. Are my corals going to be okay? Or should I just try to turn on the JBJ tomorrow and see what happen?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Dirtybilge, I know both my lighting are not as good as yours. Thanks for pointing that out. However, mine is 10,000K, too. 50/50, got the atcinic (sp?) look, too.
shrimp, I seriously do not know how to tighten the bulbs. There are four wires connected to the base of the bulbs, and I tried to tighten those but still it flickers. I will try to go to my lfs, hopefuly they will exchange it. What do you think about those corals under 15W regular fluoreescent? This is what important.
