do you mean jebbo? if so they are just as good as the seaclone...which is not good at all.
save money in the long run, get an octo or something worth having.

Hmm, consensus I've seen on those is that they aren't very good. Tell us your budget and tank specifics and maybe someone can offer some options.

I am tired of everyone trashing the seaclone skimmers. I have one and it skims great. Not everyone had the budget to be able to put into a better skimmer. If you have a relativly small bioload then the seaclone should work fine. Just be patient on adjusting it, it took mine about 2-3 weeks to start getting foam. I wouldn't recommend the seclone for a super large tank but mine is a 55gal and no problems. There is a place for these budget friendly skimmers in our hobby.

Jebo (or whatever) seems to be a company that only sells on that bidding place and similar sites. I don't think they even have a home web site & I'd never buy a product that doesn't have good tech support. Stick to products sold by the big retailers, they stand behind them.

I have a seaclone for my BIG tank cause it is what I could afford at the time, and I will not complain. It has worked well for me. I am switching to a sump setup so I will not be using my seaclone anymore, BUT I would continue to. It's just that for a large tank, It seems to be better to have a sump and more powerful skimmer.

My Seaclone just broke in after 1.5 weeks. It is working good! I have no complaints! You can not beat it for the money! I am not sure why everyone bashs it!

i think its because those who say it works great never had experience with higher end skimmers (ASM, OCTO, BUBBLE KING, ECT.) and have nothing to compare it too.
my friend had a coralife ss on his tank and thought it was wonderful until he seen the octo on my tank really take off.
so i think thats the reason. not saying it doesn't do the job, it just doesn't do it extremely well

I had a jebo skimmer that are modeled after the seaclown, it work ok but i hope you have a wet/dry shop vac handy WHEN it overflows.
After seeing my friends Deltec HOB skimmer i upgraded to the MCE300 far more superior skimmer.
