jebo 182 1 skimmer help

Hi,
For almost a week I am trying this skimmer out and I don't seem te get it to work. And could really use some advice. My bubbles are half way of the cone, microbubbles slowly turn in to big bubbles and then pops right at the overflow, using a 1500l/h pump. Sorry I am from europe don't know it in english. I placed it in to my sump, just as the box said the siflon is in the water and the water flow is full open, been runing for a week now. In my cup every morning I find just regular water, no green, no tea look-a-like just like crystal clear water. I use live rock have 4 fish, some corals and snails, so I have bio waste.
Wat am I doing wrong? Can anybody help me, if need some more info or pictures let me know.

Have you checked the air intake to the skimmer pump.....Bubbles getting bigger seems to be an air issue to me....

As u can see the microbubbles are in the middle of the cone, over the time the bubbles wil rise and become little bit bigger. The bigger bubbles will pop open at the top. Afther that suddely it drop till starting point and the proces starts all over again.
The water that enters the cup is just crystal clear, I don't understand it. The airline is not blocked at all.
More suggestions?

I have and air valve on the airline and its making a slurping sound, I read that is a good thing, but still I can't get decend foam noar green waste, it stays crystal clear water

How deep is your skimmer placed in the water of your sump?
How big is your tank?
What size tank is the skimmer rated for?
How much and what do you feed?
How often do you do water changes?
What is your salinity?
