Jebo Light 220 Watt (question)

I found a Jebo 220 watt power compact light for my 55 gallon tank, would that be enough light to grow corals/anemones?

The short answer is No.
You can buy or borrow a light meter to test with, but a 220w pc light will not have the intensity needed for most anemones or any SPS coral. It would be enough for softies and most LPS with proper placement.
