I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with Jebo Metal Halide Lights? The famous auction site has the following:
UNITS INCLUDE:
2 X 150 WATT METAL HALIDE HQI 20,000K BULBS

1-Ceiling hanging kit
1- Pair mounting legs for ease

Also includes built-in fans and quality tested external ballast!
All for $500.00
I've heard mixed reviews on Jebo. Fans are too loud, MH's are low quality, etc.
Before I plunk down a half grand, are there any opinions on this manufacturer??
Exceeding $500.00 at this time isn't really an option.

I got a 48" Power Compact kit from Jebo awhile back, and it was ok. Great for the price (like $100 shipped or something). There weren't any vents in the fixture so it could get hot at times. There was only one electricity plug for both lights, so you couldn't have a timer set to shut off whites and let blues run. There was this plastic on the reflective shield behind the lights that burned a little bit. But for the most part, they were fine. But yeah, I had xenias like crazy, mushrooms, torch coral (or trumpet not sure), leather coral, zooanthids and polyps doing fine until my tank started leaking

. Now I've got a much better setup though
I can't vouch for any other products of theirs however.
