Jebo odyssea Lunar light - can one point them?

I just got a set of the Jebo Odyssea w/ lunar lights and was wodnering if the moon lights can be pointed. if so, please let me know how to do it!

I have the JEBO PC with moons 30 inch 2x65 on my 29 gal wannabee reef and the moonlights are fixed in little holesabout 8 inches from either end...mine can not be pointed or aimed, but killer light for the money. it was noisy when got it but I tore it apart and tightened all the screws, now it is silent.
