Jebo skimmer help please

Hello. I have a Jebo 180 skimmer. When i got it there was no directions in the box. I will try and explain this the best i can. I have the U tube connected to the skimmer and to the pump. I do not know if the air tube is supposed to be sucking in air or water. So should the air tube be going from the pump into the tank or should it be sucking air from outside? If i am lacking in information i might be able to give more with questions. Also ai have 2 round black foam peices. Do i use them both and if so where do they go?

well... the 'u' thinggie that connects your powerhead to your skimmer is sapose to suck water... there should be a little

like thing simwhere in the inlet line of your skimmer ( line that take water from tank to skimmer ) that littlw

like thing need to suck in air.. u can stick a small hose to that

and keep the tube above water.... and that should do it...
