jelly fish?????????????

Does anyone have a jelly fish? Send me pictures if you have one? Theres one at my lfs. but its not for sale.

IN most cases jellyfish won't survive in a home aquarium because of a dnagerous predator found in every single one called a FILTER!!
Jellyfish are very weak swimmers and get sucked up in overflows without fail.
Here's a local one called an Upside Down Medusa that does better than most.

ohh. the one at the pet store come in a bag with some live rock.. they dont know what they are going to do with it.

Most jellyfish just die in short order as they are filter feeders and can't get away from an overflow.
Since we have them all over down here, you just KNOW that in 35 years of keeping local saltwater critters I HAD to at least try, right? **grin**
