Depends on the species.
Upsidedown Jellyfish are commonly available in the aquarium trade. They require very strong lighting and constant feedings though.
Most jellies require specialized tanks (like the round ones you see in big Aquariums) or they get caught up on things. (upside down jellies not included) There are sites that sell jelly tanks but they are not easy on the wallet!!
The short answer is no, most species of jellyfish that swim can not be kept in standard home tanks. There can be modifications, and it must be a species only tank...but most can not. Upside down jelly's don't really move much, so they can be kept in certain situations. Not quite as cool as other types though
