cool pick of the jelly fish. I am highly allergic to these inverts and did not know it until I went snorkling with them. Did not get stung just the venom in the water was high due to mating. i found some in a lfs and wanted some but not now ..... no way there can make you soooooo sick.

Has anyone here ever kept jelly fish?? I've seen them at the pet stores but they always look dead.

Have seen very few in the LFS here. Have read they have a very short life span so I have not wasted my money on them.

They are diffacult to keep, have short lives, require plenty of room in a speices only tank. These are a few of the reasons most people don't try to keep them.

I was going order one off the internet. But it said that they could kill all of your fish if they got in there way. And my tank would be big enough. But they are so pretty.
