One of the cities here in my area has them all the time. They are a dark brown and seem to swim mainly upside down.
They said they need a tank that barely has any water flow and not to strong of lighting.
That's all I got about them.
I personnaly would not own one. Way to new at this.

Well, are these jellyfish that swim around like typical jellyfish? Or do they just sit on the bottom of the tank?
There is an "upside down" jellyfish that doesn't necessarily need a specialized tank but, IMO, it is the only one. It is the upside down Cassiopeae or something like that....can't spell it right. Do a google search for it.
Swimming jellyfish are more difficult to keep and will not survive long term in most tanks.
What sort of tank do you have? What sort of animals? Most jellyfish will have problems both with rocks etc and ultimately with filters or powerheads.

yes it is a cassiopia (spelling) and each one has gotten sucked up in the same powerhead so i just blocked it off so the cant go by it and am currently trying to block the filter and other powerhead but all or still swimming so we will see how it goes :happyfish
