Okay, so here's the deal. You expressed to me your want to learn how to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Before I forget, check out badmephistos tutorial on Pochmann...http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6326
Anyway, I've been practicing since Sunday and I am probably half way there.
This is HARD! I can't express that enough.
How far along are you?
If you are working on this now, I'll make a competition of it. If not, don't worry about it lol.
I mainly just wanted to show you the video. Of all the video's I've seen this one is the best imo.

I'm not Jtt either, but I can wait to see a video of you solving it blindfolded
No, you can post, if I didn't want you to I'd make this a pm lol.
I was just messin' with Snake.
I will try to film myself often this weekend to see if I can capture my first solve. Right now I'm still using pen and paper as well as repeating scrambles (both of which are illegal).

Man, I am so honored! Ive never had a thread with my name in the title... except my belated birthday thread in april that no one commented on lol. No I havnt started learning yet but I am quite motivated all of the sudden...
Im engaged to a beautiful girl, Im getting married in an aquarium while wearing a star trek uniform and will have a delorean as the just married car, I went to college in Sydney Australia, and Ive traveled the world and gone to many different countries, Ive met dozens of celebrities and have my name on several popular albums in the music industry for doing audio, I drive a great car and live in a beautiful home. but its not enough... once I can climb the proverbial mountain and solve the rubiks cube blindfolded... then and only then can I die a happy man...
Thanks for the resource! Ill keep you posted on my progress!

I got married at an aquarium too. I still get people telling me that it was the coolest wedding they've ever been to!

NO!
Damn lol
I almost had it.
I recently changed my memo method and I am loving it. It is much easier imo.
In any case, I had two pieces incorrectly oriented (a fault of my memorization believe it or not).
Anyway, from this point on I PLAN to record most of my attempts so that I may actually capture my first success on camera. That would be cool and proof too lol. My memorization time takes like 15 minutes lol.

Pez aren't you suppose to be smart or something haha? Just solve the rubics cube and take a video of yourself scrambling it up blindfolded for a while. Play the video backwards and you get what looks like you solveing a rubics cube impossibly mixed up blindfolded. Sorry for the horrible grammer I'm on my itouch and don't feel like going back to change it

I know. I actually made a video like that for youth group in seventh grade. This is something I want to practice and be able to do in under 10 minutes so I can show it off to people.

UPDATE
25 minute "solve"
It was a fail though. This was the only solve I've done since the last fail solve I posted about. I've been too busy to try this. It was VERY close, even closer than last time. I am kicking myself because of it. My mistake I believe was in memorization again. I may upload it to youtube tomorrow (fast forwarded the memo lol).
In any case I predict that in the next 3 solves, I'll have it.

I was just seeing if I could resurrect a thread that saltwaterfish.com doesn't recognize as existing.
Best
Speedsolve: 19.95 seconds.
Blindsolve: 12.32 minutes
Average:
Speedsolve: 27 seconds
Blindsolve: 17 minutes
I've only done like 6 total blindfolded solves, it is too time-consuming.
