That is a bubble tip anemone, the lfs sold it to me in bad shape and it was an odd color. After a couple of months it has grown pretty large and color has improved quite a bit.
I have the polyps under 265w PC lighting. They are pretty close to the lights though. I don't know how they would do lower in the tank.
