Just got my 24g JBJ NANO CUBE!!!

This is my first nano cube and i was wondering how much live rock and live sand i sould have in the tank?? Should i add the RO water first then add the sand/rock or should i add the sand/rock first?? how often sould i change the media bags in the tank and what kind of corals/annemoies i can have??
If anybody has this cube, can u use a timer for the lights?? it seems the whole lighting system is ran off 1 plug.
It has 2x34watt coral 50/50 and actnic bulbs

I would put 50 pounds of LR. For a 2" sand bed 20 pounds of LS and for a 3" sand bed 40 pounds of LS and for a 4" sand bed 50 pounds and for a 5" sand bed about 60 pounds. I think you should add the RO water first. You should change it depending on many animals you have and you probably can only keep low light low light corals like soft corals and some LPS but definetly no anemones. I think you can only do it manually. Hope that helps and good luck with the tank.
