i just got my 30g today, it was used for freshwater previously so i just cleaned it and kept it like that for now...what would you experienced folks recommend for the least expensive route as far as equipment goes?

i change my mind so much i dont know...i am thinking of having a 10g nano and making my own sump with another 10g. and have inverts and small fish, lr and ls.
i might keep the 30g freshwater for a while...then again i might change my mind again tommorrow.

I'm just now starting my first reef tank. It's a 20H. It's been my experience that going the cheapest on everything is really not good. Say, for example, you buy the cheapest dirtbag heater you can find. You've invested a lot of money in your tank and one day you come home and your house smells like a jahova fish fry. It's been my experience that this is one hobby you want to do right from the start. Spend a little extra money and get the good stuff outta the gate.
