Just lost my coral beauty...

Hello anyone with a brain slightly larger than mine. I just lost my coral beauty after seeing signs of ich yesterday. Getting ready to go to the pet store to get a qt set up. Is it ok to leave my corals and inverts in my display tank while I treat my fish or will the inverts carry the disease with them?

Hello again, I have been to four stores today and no one has even heard of hyposalinity. They keep trying to sell me the copper stuff. I won't buy that stuff. Should I get some garlic from a health food store? I already got my 10 gallon tank and HOT filter. Any ideas where I can find this stuff or should I order it?
