Are Nano tanks good for a newbie on a budget? I know bigger is better but funds are scarce around these parts, if you know what I mean. I guess I want to know is this a good idea or should I wait till i can afford a bigger tank, wich i will get in time anyway!

if you can wait for a bigger you should ... my first SW is a 10
it is a very hard thing to do... you make a lot of mistakes
not to say it cant be done .. . but i made sure to do plenty of reading before hand ...

If you don't have experience in saltwater tanks I'd hold off for a bigger tank. As stated a nano could be done, but without experience or alot of research, you can be in for trouble.
