This is one of those ? that people yell at you for asking. Is it possiable to keep a small angle or a copper banded butterfly in a 10gal nano :thinking: . Why I really asked is cause I really like the CBB and a Flame angle so thats why iam asking. PLEASE no yelling Iam a newb and I got ?

the fish options for a 10 gal are pretty limited I would say that the minimum tank size for a copper banded would be about 55+ gal and the flame angel would be about 30 gal min.

The most you can keep in a 10g would be a perc and maybe another small fish or just a pair of percs.

you can keep more than just a pair of percs in a nano there are lots of gobys that will be happy in a nano, just research before you buy one of my fav nano fishes are firefish.
I mean It sounds so"matter of factly" when you say "The most you can keep in a 10g would be a perc and maybe another small fish or just a pair of percs."
What if the person has no intrest in keeping a perc?

Of course, I agree with you avbryce. I was just trying to show you can only keep one or two small fish (such as percs) in a 10g.

. with the fast growing popularity of nano tanks I am starting to see people really trying to "push the limits" and hey, I am all for pushing the limits but there is only so far one can push before you go over the edge.
