Just Your Opion?

Yesterday,i bought some live rock,this morning i
seen what i think is two small rock anemone's
on one of the rocks.I have heard two things
about these guy's,#1 is that they can really
multiply fast,#2 is that they will sting the
fish, and it could kill them.Any thoughts on
this,would be great.THANK-YOU

As far as I know, they usually don't sting fish, more like other corals. So if you have fish, I would not worry too much about them. But if you have corals, I would be a bit more concerned.
There are many types of rock anemones (aiptasia), and some seem to multiply fast while others do not. But in general, if you want to be safe, there are a variety of proposed methods to remove them. I would suggest doing a search on "kill aiptasia" to learn more about these methods.

If aptaisia is on your rock, I would return it to your lfs. There is no reason why you have to go out of your way to try and control the nuisance. Hopefully your lfs would understand the poterntial problem and gladly replace the rock. TT
