Well, you really need to provide more info about what is going on than that. Like water readings, symptoms of sick fish, how long you had fish, any harrassment, etc., etc.
If you go to a dr, you need to give some details. A doctor can at least examine you to figure out what the problem is. We can't examine your fish, so you need to give all the details.

not to sound harsh,but a good suggestion would be a bigger tank,those fish get HUGE!!!
