Hello everyone,
Sorry, I mis-spelled the title. It's, "Koran Angel"
I got this little guy about 2 months ago. Very hearty fish ! I started noticing this problem about 2 weeks ago. At first I thought he was maturing till I noticed deeper pitting on the face.
Non of his other tank mates show anything similar.
Someone told me, "Since I don't have any live rocks in the tank, I should add base rocks to my sump"
What do you guys think ? (See Pics)

that is HLLE. What are you feeding your fish? You need to give angels a diet of meaty food, veggies, and ensure that your mixture of food includes garlic and sponge.

In case you don't know, HLLE is head and lateral line erosion. You can find some good info on it on the first post of the disease and treatment section.

It is HLLE, but just know that that is not an actual disease, but rather a symptom. Something is wrong with your tank. The rest of the fish not having it, just means that whatever is wrong, he is more sensitive to, unless as mentioned, it's the wrong foods for him.
If you don't have live rock, then what kind of filtration do you have?? Koran angels are more sensitive to poor water quality as marine aquarium species go, and tangs are pretty wasteful creatures.
And what ARE you feeding him?
