Kalk dose

For some of you more familiar with Kalk than me "How much(gallons) can you add to your tank overnight without affecting the ph?"Have a 2 gallon DIY doser right now.Would that be to much over 8,10 12 hours?Currently running at 400.
My tank is 75gal w/ a 25gal sump

If your tank has good alkalinity 3-5mel, then you can add your Kalk. The key to keeping the pH in check is drip it slowly at night and it should be okay. I do about 1 drop per second.

BurnNspy is correct use the kalk to replace all water lost to evaporation. You should have no problem dripping that amount at a drop or two per sec. overnight with a 75.
