i took a 1 gal tuperware container and drilled a smal hole about 1.5" from the bottom. i used a wooden airstone and the

[hr]
(?) it comes with as a mini bulkhead. i just cut the airstone about a half inch from the threaded end and screwed the

[hr]
in through the drilled hole. i siliconed it around the edges to make sure it didn't leak and attatched some airline tubing with a valve.

Thats all i meant, was it hard to clean out, I've always just added from a pitcher and not a drip...so I was sure what kind mess the drip made. Now I know. Thanks

I think Broomer has one that is a small gas can like container and a drip coming out of that .... it is fairly good sized (a couple of gallons I think). I subscribed to the thread will see if I can find the picture

When you guys say drip, I am thinking it is hanging over the tank somewhere. Correct? I have never seen one.

i just went to a med supply store and got a I/V set up with out the needle and drilled a hole in a 2 gal jug and glued it in so it sticks up inside 1" so when i drip it keeps the gunk in the jug

if you or anyone you know is a reptile person, you can use the 'little dripper'...it's a container with a spiggot used to drip water into reptile/amphibian enclosures to add humidity....just pick one up at the pet store....
