Keeping anomones

I have kept a 125 G. marine aquarium for over 8 years. Initially it was a fish tank. During the first year, I added a large live rock shelf across the entire back of the tank. I have slowly added several diffent invertabrates. (Brain Coral, Colt Coral, Grape Coral, Purple Grogorian) All have done fine and have grown significantly. Lighting is 6 watt/Gal. provided with power compact fixtures. The tank also supports 2 Percula Clowns (Several years old) 3 Damsels (varied ages), an Urchin, A Tomato Clown (all clowns seem to do fine togther), a Brittle Star, a Banded Shrimp, 4 hermit crabs (scarlet). I change 15% of the water every other week and monitor ion and calcium levels at least monthly. I use a reef filtration system with a large protien skimmer.
Now the question. After about two years, I added a Bubble Tip Anomone. I did fine for about 18 months then decreased in size and died. Since then I have tried several anomones of different varieties. Everytime I add an anomone the Tomato Clown adopts it with vigor. None of the additions have survied for more than a couple of weeks. This breaks my heart as: 1) I would love to have the beauty of an anomone in my tank, 2) I hate the loss of the livestock.
I would appreciate any hints as to what to look for.

Welcome to the board

How about posting up those water paramiters for me?
We are talking about a 2 foot deep tank right?
How high does the rock work go in the tank?
How high are the lights from the water surface.
What are the spec's on the bulbs that you are using?
Define reef filtration system for me?
We'll go from there.
