anybody who has had the Kent aquadoser. could you tell me if you are supposed to punch out the whole in the cap or do you just leave it and screw the lid on to drip. thanks so much

some aquadosers have a vent cap that you loosen to allow the jug to vent
others have just the main fill cap. you are supposed to turn this 1/4 counterclock from the tight postion to allow it to vent

I just have a 5g bucket with kalkwasser, realy easy IMO.

unfortunatly i didn't have room to put a 5 gal bucket. i tried to use one of those 2 1/2 gal water jugs you get at k-mart with the water in it but that didn't work to well i did a whole and stuck the air tube in there and silaconed but it leaked. so i got the aqua doser (only 21.50)
