Kent Pytoplex. Good For my zoos ect...?

I use it and I have notice a difference. They (my Zoos, and Yellow Polyps) seem to look better. My feather Duster continue to grow, so overall I am happy.
I dose my tank once a week but I know many people who do theirs twice a week. I have a 24g tank so I only do once a week to keep nitrates down.

Is it live phyto? If it's live, you have to keep it in the fridge. I was told on here that if it isn't live, it 's useless.
