Easiest solution is to move the coral down into the sand. I see that it is in the rockwork. They are pretty hard to kill. Move it down and see if this helps. If the perameters are good, then it is the lighting that is too strong for it.
The current can be a problem if too strong. Moderate current, to blow the limbs somewhat, not blast them.
Is this a mature tank or brand new?

its a 48 inch TEK t5 fixture with 8x54 watts with 4 bulbs be actinic.
there is LOW flow on it like very vry little
and its seems happy but ppl sugested to leave it and it will perk up as it is ne and the stem/trucnk will perk up but idk im thining about moving it.
the tank was set up on december 28 (late december after the 25th and all the rock from the 30 gal was moved in here so some rock was over a yr old.)
my peramteres are good but i havent checked them in a bit.. even tho my lfs screweddd me over seeling medicated water cus my skimmer is spitting out bubbles, and there are bubbled all over my tank..
and funny they mention the water being lightly salted! yeah right.. it was free no wonder. maybe thts it.
