So uh two days ago in the a.m. my Kenya tree was perfect and HUGE....Well by the time I got home at 6ish it looked like this.

All my levels are ideal for the most part and there is nothing else in the tank showing signs of stress at all....? Any ideas?

Something is up with it buddy. They dont drop that many branches off like that for no reason. Look at it like anemones, this is a species survival mechanism... in the face of adverse conditions, something in the enviroment that is missing or stressful. I know you know the drill but, your water all checks out right? You dont have a ton of flow in it do you? Any other corals near it? SPS Perhaps?

Actually there is a peach digi that was probably too close to it. By close I mean sometimes touching. Do you think the digi could have actually zapped it that quickly?

Not likely. Kenyas are extremely resilient.
How much flow does the tree get??? They require decent flow for long term health. It looks as if it is placed among low flow corals (mushrooms) and it also looks like it is being overgrown by algea.

No algae in the tank at all really....and there was a koralia PH pointed right at it. So it did have decent flow at all times. Hmmmmm.

Did you add any trace elements to the tank?
I added Kent Strontium & Molybdneum and almost lost all of my Kenya. I lost a bunch of frags, but the two mother colonies survived (i took them out of my main tank for a couple of weeks.)
I will never dose that stuff again.

Any thoughts to why it may have cause casualties in your tank? I have dosed it before without issues, but you have just freaked me out with it.
