keyhole angle behavior

I was wondering if any one has any experiance with keeping keyhole angle fish. I bought one about a week ago and he was well acclimated, all the water perms are correct ammonia 0, nitrates 0, nitrates 10 ppm, salinity 1.024, temp 78. I did alot of research on small angles before I bought him and decided that he would a good tank mate for my 90 gal. He is currently in a 46 gal Q-tank and he swims back and forth the whole length of the tank close to the bottom and really fast he acts really skitish and scared all of the time, he hides anytime I'm in the room and if he is eating it happens when I leave because he won't came out from behind the rock if he can see me. There are a couple of damsels in there with him and a watchman goby, none of the other fish bother him. I was wondering if this is the typical behavior for them or not. please any advice on the would help. thanks in advance. :(

I haven't been too successful with angels but I hope for the best. I just bought some firefish and they also had this behavior for awhile. They soon got over it and are out almost all day.
When I did have an angel it took a few weeks to not be so shy.

Thanks for the advice on feeding, I was currenly feeding him krill and brine shrimp, but it looks like im going to have to go out out and buy this lil' guy some greens. He is doing better and he has tons of places to hide. I just put some more "fully cured" LR in yesterday, I now have about 53 LBS of LR in my 46 Gal. bow front.
Thanks again to those who replied.
